I'm Gleb — a gaffer and lighting technician working out of Prague and across Europe. I came up on music videos and small commercials, learning to get a look out of whatever was in the truck, and I've kept that resourcefulness on bigger sets.

I read a frame fast, plan a rig that a small crew can actually move, and keep the set safe while the light does something worth remembering. Tungsten, HMI, LED, practical or natural — I care less about the fixture than about what the shot needs.
